He has vast experience in characterization of antimicrobial polypeptides, probiotics and Lactic acid bacteria. Currently, He is Associate Professor at the University of Bejaia. His research focuses on alternatives to antibiotics and chemical food preservatives by understanding academic research and developing potential applications.
